Skills4Auto is the Midlands ‘spoke’ of The Automotive Academy. Created with the backing of Government funds and supported by the country’s leading automotive companies, the Academy was established to develop a national approach to training in the automotive industry using world-class educational materials.
Skills4Auto develops standards and accredits providers and assessors to drive quality and thus improve productivity and competitiveness in the two Midlands regions it represents.
Working closely with manufacturers to understand their skill deficit issues enables Skills4Auto to address the educational expectations and needs of the ‘customer’ rather than the ‘provider’ or ‘funder’.
