Colleges and training providers wishing to use the Best Practise material in Business Improvement Techniques have to go through rigorous development and competence mapping of their own staff and have to agree to a standard delivery process based predominantly around delivery of the material within the workplace and centred on generating real business improvement as a consequence of a training intervention.
The Skills4Auto Trainer/Assessor programme has been developed to provide Midlands tutors with the skills and knowledge to teach key units of the Business Improvement Techniques NVQ programme. Currently providers and potential providers of the programme do not have the capacity to fulfil the existing industry demand.
