Driving growth in the Midlands automotive industry

Skills4Auto is a publicly funded organisation that provides support to the Midlands Manufacturing and Engineering Automotive sector. It also acts as the Midlands’ spoke of the national Automotive Academy.

It promotes the importance of skill growth to the industry by communicating the long-term benefits of a holistic approach to training. Furthermore it works with companies and individuals to identify business development needs and facilitate training-based solutions.

The Skills4Auto service includes the development of training standards and provider accreditation to drive up quality and thus improve productivity and competitiveness across the two Midlands regions in its sector.
